Dr. Davis Guenther was born and raised in Saskatoon, SK. He graduated from the University of Saskatchewan College of Dentistry where he received the Certificate of Merit from the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry for "Outstanding Promise in Pediatric Dentistry". Upon graduation, Dr. Guenther spent several years practicing general dentistry in Regina before returning home to Saskatoon. Davis is a part-time clinical instructor in pediatric dentistry at the University of Saskatchewan, as well as a volunteer track and field coach with Riversdale Athletics. He enjoys meeting new people, traveling, and keeping active. Davis is looking forward to getting to know you and your family at Spruce Dental Evergreen.
Dr. Jessie Zoorkan was born and raised in Saskatoon, Sk. She graduated from the University of Saskatchewan College of Dentistry. Between her third and fourth year of dental school, Dr. Zoorkan traveled to Arusha, Tanzania to volunteer in a dental clinic. Dr. Zoorkan received several awards during her studies, including the Canadian Academy of Restorative Dentistry and Prosthodontic Award, the American Academy of General Dentistry Award, and the Western Canada Dental Society Dr. Cal Waddell Memorial Scholarship. After graduation, Dr. Zoorkan pursued a year of internship with the General Practice Residency Program through the U of S College of Dentistry. This challenging year was spent treating medically complex patients, patients with special needs both in clinical and hospital settings, treating patients under I.V. sedation, working at outreach clinics, and traveling to provide dental care in remote northern communities. Dr. Zoorkan has been a part-time clinical instructor for both Removable and Fixed Prosthodontics at the University of Saskatchewan. Jessie enjoys spending time at the lake with her husband and dog. She loves helping people reach their oral health goals and developing relationships with her patients.
